Terms of use
Working pre-launch terms · Last updated 26 July 2026
These working terms must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
The service
Caribbean Study provides independent educational material and learning tools. It does not award an official qualification and does not guarantee an examination result.
Accounts
Keep sign-in details private and provide accurate account information. Activity intended to bypass access controls, expose answer keys, or disrupt the service is prohibited.
Learning content
Caribbean Study lessons and questions are protected content for personal study. They may not be republished, sold, scraped, or used to create competing question banks.
Paid access
The first module of Unit 1 is free in every course and stays free. A clearly displayed price then buys access to the published paid modules in every course for the stated term, offered monthly or yearly. Each payment covers one term only: access never renews automatically and no card is stored for reuse. A later manual renewal extends from the later of the current period end or the confirmation time. Expiry preserves the free modules, progress, attempts, and achievements. Checkout is available only where paid content is published and a plan is active, and the price shown at checkout is the authoritative one.
Refunds and unknown outcomes
A confirmed full refund revokes the refunded current access period. An ambiguous outcome does not activate access and is held for reconciliation; Caribbean Study does not automatically repeat the payment request.
Progress and rewards
Experience points, levels, streaks, and badges recognise study activity. They are not an academic result, carry no monetary value, and are never required to reach educational content. Rewards are calculated on our servers from your recorded activity; attempting to manufacture them, including by manipulating device or account settings, is a prohibited use of the service. We may correct a reward recorded in error by posting a further entry.
Independent status
Caribbean Study is an independent learning platform and is not authorized, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by the Caribbean Examinations Council.
