Report a concern
Email support@caribbeanstudy.com with the page address, the specific lesson or question, the concern, and evidence you are authorized to share. Use the in-lesson report tool for accuracy, clarity, technical, or accessibility issues.
Rights claims
Identify the protected work, your authority to act, the Caribbean Study material at issue, and a reliable way to contact you. Do not send identity documents, passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information.
What happens next
We record the exact published revision, preserve relevant audit evidence, restrict or archive material when proportionate, investigate the claim, and document the resolution. A correction creates a new revision so prior learner activity remains reconstructable.
Urgent safety or privacy concerns
Mark the subject “Urgent content concern.” Privacy requests may also be sent to privacy@caribbeanstudy.com.
